Another quick painting from last night, I used the colours of the eclectus parrot for this (adult female colours) - Perched! :)
Have been living in Bridgetown (Western Australia) most of my life. Went to school, married and had a family there. I believe both sides of my family (mother and father’s) have some sort of artistic gene and that has been passed down to me and even my children.
I enjoy the escapism that drawing/painting etc gives as you bring about the “lives” of characters and the scenes in which they are portrayed in. I also love to create my own stories, both writing them and illustrating them! My wife has been telling me to publish for years!
