Stephen Holding is a multimedia artist, illustrator and muralist. He first moved to Brooklyn NY in 1995, and has since lived between NYC, Boston and Hong Kong. His artwork has been displayed throughout the world, from Mass MOCA in his home state of Massachusetts, to exhibitions at Nike’s multimedia space 26º in Hong Kong and Reebok Japan’s flagship store in Tokyo. His body of mural artwork has also been displayed prominently, with commissions from IBM and Bank of New York Pershing, as well as large scale murals in Wynwood Miami [Art Basel Miami], Montreal Canada [Under Pressure], NYC [5 Pointz, IBM World of Watson] and Greensboro North Carolina [Kotis Street Art in conjunction with the National Folk Festival].
He currently works out of his studio in Brooklyn managing his time between his own body of multimedia artwork and various commissioned projects, and believes in the power of science, technology, creativity and consciousness. He remains insistent on the belief that the future will belong to those who can combine these elements for the greater good of humanity.
