In Japanese culture, there’s a term called Mono No Aware: this refers to the bittersweet realisation of the ephemeral nature of all things. The fleetingness of youth, the fading or romance and the changing of seasons are not to be mourned, but cherished. This is the feeling I hope to reflect.
