I tend to be bad at titles and come up with the first thing that comes to my head while looking at my illustrations. I thought how it must get pretty misty there in the late darkness and early mornings. I don't know how to draw mist, at least not yet, or I would have incorporated it into the picture.
As for the inspiration behind the picture? As with everything, my imagination of what a cool place would need for me to call it cool, and me skimming through hundreds of pictures I have of inspiring scenery, trees, plants, rocks, architecture, and putting them all together. There are some curious things hidden in the picture. (some not so hidden) and even though there might be too much detail, I like it. Hope you do too.
