Here, I explored the power of the masses. This piece is about the floods that occurred in Paraguay in June that forced hundreds to evacuate while others were left with flooded streets and no electricity for weeks.
I wanted to point out how news coverage of this was limited because of the beginning of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
I'm an illustrator from (and currently working in) New York City.
I enjoy creating work that focuses on gender roles, cultural
diversities, racial struggles, and psychological explorations.
I consider myself an avid, idiosyncratic student of the past and am
constantly going on small adventures and enjoy travelling often.
The world is my playground as well as my teacher.
