Cik Siti Wan kembang was a Malaysian princess, a skilled fighter who led an army of women warriors to war on horseback. Hailed from the state of Kelantan, she ruled during the 16th Century. During her reign, the state prospered & merchants from as far as the Middle East came to Kelantan for trade. It is said, that she nursed a wounded deer and it became her favourite pet.
