The first draft of this painting was actually a part of my senior thesis in college as a finished piece, up until recently when I took it upon myself to make some of those paintings something I could be happy with nearly six years later. I finished the original in late 2014, and this version very recently after putting in a few more days work. Akroma, Angel of Wrath belongs to Wizards of the Coast and Magic: the Gathering. My thesis was to make paintings as if WoTC had hired me to, and yes, I am a nerd.
