i heard the dragon is a million miles long there.
her tail arching behind her back, she lets out a shivering roar, four million men could hear it for millions of miles more.
i think you’ll find that i’m a pink cloud lover, even in the plumes of the smoke of her fire,
burning and returning my yearning for her admired.
she laughs in the face of the others’ terror as they stare ‘er fire burning down the towers, as i stare in awe, her beauty is unmatched,
lit matches for the candles of yesterday’s admired.
this is what it’s like when i’m not alone inside my heart, and someone’s singing me love, echoing in the chambers of my soul, the remainder of the dull is burnt out in the overwhelming burning of us both.
intense passion of our finding feels proper,
til we burn out and nothing is left but the shadow of a monster.
