Baby animals on white is my watercolor series of paintings inspired by Sharon Montrose. I saw her photographs of animals years ago and was really excited. It took a lot of time to find references I was allowed to paint from and to elaborate my style in order to create my own watercolor series of baby animals. 12 paintings were finished end of 2021. Most important for me were always the eyes, so I worked on those with the biggest care. All motifs were painted in November and December of 2021. This painting of a baby fox is for all fox and wild animal lovers who also like watercolor art. The work is ideal as nursery wall art for a nursery in Scandinavian minimalistic style.
