Tesseras were a very common means of expressing pacts of hospitality and friendship in the Celtiberian world. Each of the two parts bound by the pact kept half of a zoomorphic figurine, typically made of bronze and decorated with its corresponding related inscription, and made use of them, for example, as in the scene we see: to defend themselves against Hannibal Barca and the Carthaginians, the inhabitants of the Hispanic towns request the help (and grant it) of those who once formalized this unbreakableact of friendship.
(For the historical novel Hannibal's Anger, Arturo Gonzalo Aizpiri).

I have also had the opportunity to illustrate many other types of stories, tales, novels (what can be better than a good story?), and I'm exploring new fields to continue ...
