Bees are vitally important to the natural beauty that surrounds us but they are under threat right now. We need them, among many other pollinators, to maintain the biological diversity that keeps our planet as unique and wonderful as it is.
I particularly love capturing them on/near flowers because it reinforces how necessary they truly are. I captured this image while walking around my current home of San Francisco.
