Up above Annapurna Base Camp, not an actual base camp but rather a clump of tea houses as the final destination for trekkers like myself, these prayer flags constantly flap in the ceaseless winds. These prayers are necessary as Annapurna Main, the tallest peak in this massif, is one of the most deadly mountains in the Himalaya.
