In those days, a new sect rose up to command the sky and populate the Hovercities: the Skystream People. Fond of all manner of cybernetic augmentation, they congregated blissfully in their new windswept domain - free of mind, with wills of steel, blind to argumentation and propaganda, and with high-impact luggage in hand. With all these attributes it was inevitable that they would grow to dominate the world.
