Additional Information: Federal Law Enforcement Report Hidden File MED33 - Swat team locates and descends upon Underkings Trafficking Den C06 on July, 16th, 2027 0200MT. Within property a repeat incident similar to previous den raids = 0 alive humans(male), 1 aberration reported(human?). Visual report consists of team coming across a blood stained room littered with a pile of heads with no bodies in sight, these consisting of (customers). One head of 'non-human' aberration and one corpse of a suspected Underkings gang member also present. Body of suspected gang member in horrible condition devoid of identifying features, arms/legs torn off/missing but torso left, entire frame chewed up nearly completely presumably by small rodents/insects. According to firsthand report of squad leader this corpse was moving and writhing on the floor as if still alive for minutes before becoming permanently still, cause of phenomena remains unknown...
