At one time aired an offbeat magical girl anime series in which the main character wields a chainsaw to fight her foes. The original creator was found dead after the first season finished. Ever since all distributed dvds of this anime no longer play any episodes past the intro sequence, same with episodes posted online. Ever since the series has fallen off the grid and has been lost in circulation. Mysteriously years later people have been coming across the series online again, still with the original error. After watch past the intro sequence, people begin to have night terrors that get progressively worse until the 12th night in which they go missing. People afflicted with this strange curse reported having twisted visions of magical girl characters from the intro sequence, this is one of those magical girl characters...
