This project tries to visualize how depression felt and how mental suffering affected me.
I was also emotionally unavailable and exhausted under depression. Thus, it was difficult to understand what I was going through, even for those who have my best interests at heart: my family, partner, and friends. And little do they know, even by attempting to understand me, they were hurting me. Just like to decipher the music in a record, the pointy stylus will have to travel across the disk, and the process can be inevitably painful.
