Black Lives Matter!
Recent events have made me cycle through a series of negative emotions that are slowly starting to become synonymous with the global Black experience; from anger, sadness, despair, grief and a lingering feeling that nothing will ever change, especially when you consider history.
Nevertheless I have to say that seeing the worldwide response to the injustices and social inequalities (especially from non-Black People) has re-ignited the flame of hope within my heart.
But Hope holds no value if it’s not backed by concrete actions to bring about change, so I have personally donated money, signed petitions and I’m now selling this print of which 100% of the profits will go towards the organizations helping the cause on the frontlines.
