Fragment of a picture with a leg and fish. Depicts a fish pedicure, an allegory about the interaction of man and nature. Wide confident brush strokes, rich colors, interesting concept.
At first glance, the picture is about a fish pedicure. Often in my works the issues of interaction between man and nature are raised, anthropocentrism is criticized.
Did the girl go for a pedicure during lunch, or are the fish having dinner? The big black terrible toothy fish does not defend itself, does not want to bite off its finger, it was afraid that the heel would hit it. On the other hand, black fish shows that a fish pedicure can be dangerous. What can you go to for the sake of meeting beauty standards? In addition to an unusual plot, water is depicted, waves and color are soothing, the picture can evoke different emotions.
The work is done with acrylic on linen canvas, completely handmade.
Free live brush strokes. Small fish modified with a marker, mixed media. An unusual picture in the style of pop art will enliven a modern interior.
