Sometimes I dream of being chased by creatures or persons, and some of those dreams are frightening. It’s difficult to run forward or I barely make any progress at all although I know that I have to be quick.
In other dreams, this chase is rather exciting. Either I can run really fast, jump immensely high or I am even able to fly away. This rush of flying feels so unique and natural that I am even sad that I have to wake up. There I am on the ground again not knowing how this story would have ended. Did I escape the pursuer or did he catch me with a cunning trap? I will never know.
The mind is the greatest storyteller.
