Painting turbulence was a therapeutic process. Whenever we are in the middle of a challenging situation, it is easy to lose hope and let ourselves be overwhelmed. But there is always an end to the storm since all things must end, including the bad. All we have to do is trust in our own inner strength and stop resisting the forceful winds. We can just experience the ride and watch ourselves grow.
