The owl howls the night sky, and sirens started to go wild. I peeked through my window and saw everyone’s panicking. My dad rushes to get me and my mom out of our house and searched for a safe place to hide. As we bolted out to the streets, human corpses were approacing us. My pace got slower as I lose most of my breath. Without hestitation, my dad carry me with his arms.
We ran, ran, and ran for our lives. But mom tripped over a huge rock, leaving her on the cold rocky ground. “MOM!” I screamed out loud noticing zombies were approaching her. “NO!” *crunch*
I saw my mom’s body slowly turned pale white.
“Maria Honey, I Love You” was her last words before she turned into a walking corpse.
