Deborah Rose Guterbock was born in Charlottesville, VA and grew up in Kamakura, Japan. She earned her BFA in Painting from George Mason University in 2010 and was an inaugural member of the McGuffey Art Center’s incubator program in Charlottesville, VA. Her mediums of choice include painting, box assemblage, additive sculpture and jewelry design. She currently sells her art and jewelry at local markets and festivals with her husband, artist A.I. Miller and their daughter.
