Six days is a personal project I'm hoping to realize as a short movie. This production art piece is inspired by the works of my favourite filmmaker Makoto Shinkai. I have been a huge fan of his vision and storytelling for years and welcomed the opportunity to follow Shinkai-san's art direction indirectly by referencing from his book "The sky of the longing for memories". I'm generally very fascinated with Japanese culture. Especially if there's a science fiction twist to it. If you're unfamiliar with Shinkai's movies, I recommend watching "Cosmonaut" from his "Byōsoku Go Senchimētoru" collection.
