This is one of a series of paintings conveying the somewhat literal idea of reverence for specific aspects of nature.
I'm an artist and art director. My own work focuses on philosophical and sociological themes, with a common thread of humanity's relationship with nature. My best description of my style would probably be magical realism, with strong influences from post impressionist painters like Anders Zorn, Ilya Repin and John Singer Sargent, combined with a love of fantasy artists like Frazetta, Brom and multiple peers in the computer and tabletop game development arenas, where I also work as an art director.
