I decided to do a Metroid series like I did the Dark Souls one.
It's one of my favorite series of games, and the first one (for the NES) made the strongest impression on me. Trying to make sense of that crude pixel alien world was one of the most stimulating things my imagination ever experienced.
In attempting to recreate that, I thought a collage approach could lend itself to that weirdness.
