This piece was started on the train last week as I was returning from the final oil painting workshop session in East Grinstead.
This piece was inspired by a still life painting exercise where we had to paint a crystal, with a candle as a light source.
Louis Dyer is a professional artist who explores and expresses the visionary state, his source of inspiration and images manifest from his awe inspiring lucid dreams, altered states of consciousness and meditative practices.
Painting offers Louis the chance to make his intangible perceived images more concrete in this reality and existence. He prefers to approach most of his work in a digital format, but is also a skilled traditional painter using watercolours/acrylics/oils.
This is a gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. Each art print is listed by sheet size and features a minimum one-inch border.
