The main idea of the given artwork is represented in the form of a pine cone, which symbolizes immortality and eternal life. A cone, a "spiral" of evolution, a "mountain" of growth. The end is the beginning and the beginning is the end: the blue embryo is a soul yet to be awaken in the matter world, blue color of skin according to hindu tradition is the color of the Almighty, the color of the God; embryo rests on the lotus petals - the sign of the cosmic perfection and spiritual purity; embryo is the beginning which has the power, the potency to reach the enlightenment. The child's nabhi (navel) is inevitably connected with the spiritual "mountain" he has yet to climb, on the top of that "mountain" there is Mahadev, God of the Gods, the Spirit of the Kailash, which rises behind him. He is Everything, He is the End, He is embodied enlightenment, awakening, bliss, connected with everything, piercing with his Self every piece of everything, however not being any part of that everything. Shiva's eyes are closed as a representation of his ability to see without the eyes. On the lower step of evolution we may see the gods and the saints, their eyes are closed as well, only the third eye is active, symbolizing borderless wisdom and compassionate love to every being in the Universe. The next level houses humans, whose eyes are also closed, which means their aspiration to "see" with their soul, however due to a great amount of wishes and passions they are still unable to do so, that's why their third eye is not fully formed, level down there are demons and astral creatures, they have power of selfishness, but they don't have the light inside, that's why they posess a lot of eyes - to see through their own darkness, and no third eye as they are not interested in a way of bliss, the last level is a place of ghosts and lost souls, their only eye shows the narrow picture of the world they see, having no goals, no objectives, no wishes, they fill the earth with their own pain, darkness and lust, they have no access to the godlike state, so they also have no third eye. Continuing the topic of the third eye we find out that since the ancient times third eye was associated with pineal gland (inner micro cosmos) which was itself associated with the pine cone, so here there is a true representation of immortality and higher knowledge. An embryo here has a free will to decide from which step of that cone-mountain would he climb, only his decisions and actions would influence that. The Mountain is the "mountain of spirituality" that we are consistently climbing, year by year, life by life, following our heart and evolving through our darkness in order to reach the God-like state of consciousness, to understand the whole Universe and the whole Creation. The Spirit of the Mountain is that inner power of Love and Knowledge (the power of the Almighty) that pushes us to progress step by step, slowly climbing that pine cone from the very beginning to the very top. And when this embryo reaches the top, he Understands everything, all the processes happening in the Creation, the whole cone, that's why we can see the navel-cord not only connecting the cone and the embryo, but also the embryo and the God himself, as He gave him the life and the Way, and they are undoubtedly connected. Above Shiva's head and the Kailash mountain the trident is visible - the attribute of Mahadev, the upper part of the artwork is filled with grey color - a dark void, the mighty nothingness from where everything is born and where everything will be absorbed in the end of the times. All around Mahadev there is His creative energy in the forms of the third eyes - they are potentials, they are omnipresent and omniscient. Hot reddish colors in the lower part of the cone symbolize the lust and aggression of the folly, cold bluish colors in the upper part of the cone symbolize wisdom, soulfullness and tranquility. Background represents the Milky Ocean of creation, dim colored in the beginning and gold colored near the top, every creature is dependent on this Ocean of life, even the saints and gods, only Mahadev is piercing everything by his Spirit not existing inside it, that's why he is separated in color.

I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, since early childhood, all my free time I've always been drawing something. I was inspired by Love, Purity and Divinity, everything that makes our life happy and valuable, everything we turn to when we are in the darkness of pain, fear and destruction. I knew a lot about this pain and fear, and the answer was ...
