I’m Phoebe and I’m a digital artist based in the UK. I’ve been drawing since I can remember. My passion for illustration grew out of my interest in fiction, and I love the idea of reinventing reality (past and present) in fantastical concepts. My art has always been character-focused, and I believe that characters are the driving force behind any narrative, regardless of whether that narrative is written or visual.
