Freedom, obstacles, and the tools we use to overcome them: Learning to fly while you're planted here. Holding on and letting go. Creating a new root system.
After earning my BFA in painting, I applied my fine art background to digital media, in which I'm self-taught. These days my personal work falls under the umbrella of dark surrealism, with more romanticism than horror. I enjoy collaging feminine figures with natural forms, to address themes of gender, identity, and connection/disconnection. Although home is in New England, I am currently a freelance artist based in Los Angeles.
