“Switchblades” is a self-portrait as “Edward Scissorhands.” However, instead of scissors she has exotic switchblades for fingers. I believe this was one of the most difficult and also one of the most successful paintings I have ever done. It is the 4th and final painting of a series I painted specifically for the "Crazy 4 Cult III" art show at Los Angeles' Gallery 1988. All art in the show was based on cult movies. The other movies I chose were Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Rocky Horror Picture Show and The Professional.
This is a gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. Each art print is listed by sheet size and features a minimum one-inch border.
