What appears to be a normal woman during the day turns out to be something horrific after sundown. While the rest of her body is asleep, her head takes on a life of its own and goes hunting—sometimes for a meal, other times for mischief—but remains attached on an ever-stretching rope-like neck. Apparently these were once regular human women, but after sealing their fate through some evil doing or other, they've transmogrified themselves into these monstrosities.
