Jotham Guintos’ artistic journey took off when he started doodling on his mom’s lesson plans when he was 4. This traverse led him eventually to win local art contests in his home town which inspired him to pursue Advertising Arts in La Consolacion College in Bacolod City, Philippines.
As a student, he worked part time as a ceramic and pottery designer. After graduation, he then had brief stints designing wrought iron and bamboo furniture respectively for two local companies and consulted as an advertising artist for a local shipping line.
