As the Chinese wind deity, Fei Lian controlled all the winds by keeping them in a bag made of animal skin. A bitter creature and a very naughty one at that, Fei Lian had his tendons cut and was made to crawl in a parade honoring the supreme deity he once tried to overthrow.
