Cordelia, looked after the great bodies of water. She controlled the oceans’ tides and oversaw the well being of the many creatures that swam in its depths. While quite nurturing, at times Cordelia was easily bored and could be very mischievous. She delighted in brewing storms and rough waters for men in sailing ships. She would splash and play in the ocean, resulting in impossible waves. Unaware of the damage being caused, to her, the sailors’ struggles were curious and entertaining.
I am a Kansas-based illustrator and watercolor painter obsessed with all things magical. I'm inspired by poster art from early 1900's and the fairy tales I grew up consuming. I'm an amateur beekeeper, rescue dog mom, coffee lover, craft beer aficionado, and indie music snob.
