I’ve never been in Suzdal, but I know it is an ancient city of Russia. It forms part of the Golden Ring and World Heritage Site.⠀
Suzdal, is “an open air museum”. Many of the monasteries of Suzdal are located on the banks of the Kamenka river, that is why these places are very beautiful.
I think that’s what attracts artists. Picturesque corners of the city and nature. It’s the perfect combination for a painting!
