Travelers of the Great Waste were eccentric to say the least. Their great machines, patterned after long dead creatures, would drift across the wasteland searching for ancient relics. Over time small towns would spring up in the most travelled areas. These were the only places collectors could find the rare items scavenged from the cracked and dusty earth.
