Taken while wandering the late night streets of Sapporo during the Winter Festival in 2020.
The snow just subsided and the streets were still caked with a fresh layer of snow. Walking around past midnight, you could see the city still alive as restaurants and shops were still open and people were walking around unfazed by the freezing temperatures.
My name is Victor and I am a Freelance Photographer and Writer living in Japan since 2012. I’ve combined the phrase “Frame of Mind” with a focus on Travel in order to share not only images of live in Japan and the world with our readers, but also to provide information, history, and background to each shot.
