Shai leaving the Imperial Seat, from The Emperor’s Soul by Brandon Sanderson. (Print sales are in compliance with Sanderson's policy on fan art).
Built from lego bricks, then photographed and edited to create visual effects. The foreground and distant castle were two separate builds set about four feet apart, and the background is a photograph from Waimea Canyon on Kauai.
I make lego artwork of scenes from novels I enjoy, particularly those by Brandon Sanderson. (For any prints on this site, I have written permission to sell prints based on the source material.) My work is a combination of original designs printed on the bricks, scenes built in lego, and photography with added physical and digital effects.
