Ok, it seems our protagonists have a last wild card for the very end. ;)
Yes, there are many different guesses for the ending around the book series and tv show. Jaime being Valonqar or Daenerys being a second Nissa Nissa etc... I'm kinda not with them. Sorry, I only can't see anyone else rather than Arya capable of taking down Cersei. :=
And it would be much satisfying and worthy too.
Tv show didn't mention Valonqar and Cersei's end coming by "his" hands, I suspect D&D to change things for tv. At first I thought they did it in purpose, because othervise tv audience would be spoiled by the end of Cersei's storyline. You know, if they add Valonqar to her prophecy everyone was going to know that Cersei has plot armor until all of her children are dead.
But then I thought... maybe they are going to use a female character to bring Cersei down, who knows?
My guesses were never so spot on in the past, but they are what they are. And this is what I expect for the King's Landing ending.
According to this, Cersei managed to eliminate all her enemies including Daenerys (thanks to the great threat in the North, the task was not that hard) . And the worst thing in war might be people knowing their leader to fall down, right? People shouldn't know, so Arya takes her role after she died. After all, she admired her as soon as she heard Daenerys' "Break the Wheel" speach Vol.2. :) By this, Arya revenges her father, her mother, her brothers and her unborn nephews.
Imagine Arya feeling Daenerys' feelings, adding her fire to her own... Feeling for her, her dignity, her pride, the feeling of raising without a family, her early child loss, and a possible loss of a new child. :(((
Experiencing these feelings like as if it means a new path for her own future? Having a family of her own, just like Nymeria did. Who knows?
Now, I hear you asking "What about Drogon, you can't cheat a dragon?" Well Bran is still alive, right? ;) Btw, this is probably never going to be happening, so let's enjoy speculating.
