Plant this seed of childhood memories.
You’ll see you’d grow a head like Henry’s.
The smiles and deeds, oh what sweets have brought,
Just pure love and optimistic thoughts!
Then beside him is a smile so wide,
A hype and naught of Gregory’s side.
The craft is mischief in clever things.
To fun and excitement, he is king.
And what indifference this head shows?
A head like Henry’s has grown so low.
To smiles and hype, he just won’t give in
Because with things he has to be keen.
Just as the greens grow and wither,
These potted heads ain’t any better.
But just as seeds planted deep will grow,
Thoughts in the head are for you to sow.
Starry eyed of idealists and bitterest of cynics
My name is Eiram-Lee. I'm a drawer from the Philippines. My work is focused on water-based medium, combining ink drawings and poetry. I like working around certain subjects and wrapping it in emptiness which is represented by space. I explore things that sinks in sadness, anxieties, and peculiarities. I make art because of two things: I want to meet with my own confusions, to turn them to realizations which I think could encourage and inform others who go through things the same us I do.
