The Lotus Flower begins to grow at the very roots of the lotus plant which is usually submerged in mud. Then, it slowly rises out of the earth or the muddy water as an excellent flower that is worth looking at. How it grows provides us with a great lesson in life. Behind its captivating beauty lies those struggling to rise above the difficulties and hardships of life.
I am a self-taught Tibetan illustrator who is based in Canada. I use my artwork to capture the unique beauty of my home Tibet and to express my love for my culture.
