A character I came up with, a man controlled by a crow who takes peoples heads. A print to give your room a creepier vibe, or a great gift for one of your quirky, twisted friend.
“As the story goes between dusk and daylight, a man with silk white hair collects the hair off his victims, who dare to illuminate any light between those early hours. People have said, in the desperate need of any sort of light, every second of 'forbidden flame' is followed by a distinct crow's caw - as if the white-haired man was already there, before anything was a-lit. It is said, the crow will not stop hunting victims till it has finished making its home, as to when and how that will happen no one will know.”
This illustration was done with most of the intent coming from a re-learning into composition, in particular how dynamic symmetry works to enhance an image; also I quite like the original sketch that lead into this guy. I also really wanted to try a very limited colour palatte, essentially consisting of just orange and purple.
