A piece conveying the briefness of life and love and the potential nothingness that may wait at life’s end through delicate watercolor characters.
Looking towards the nothingness a loved one may go to, the nothingness that awaits oneself- it’s all felt most poignantly in the loss of a long-time and dearly beloved companion near the end of one’s life. Even in youth, I often think of this eventuality in my own life.
