His rise to prominence was all but easily, riddled with betrayal, pain and ever present sorrow. Alas, it was a loss at the hands of another young warrior that snapped him out of his seemingly neverending nightmare. Since that fateful day, his eyes remained wide open, as he fought and pressed onward into the light of the world.
