This is a cyanotype. The double exposure was photographed with an analog large format camera. The negatives were enlarged on watercolor paper. Therefore you can see that the picture has a fine pattern. A 100 watt UV lamp was used as the light source. An analog enlarger was used to enlarge the negatives to cyanotype. This process took a long time as the power of the UV light was reduced by the enlarger. It took about 6 hours of development time per attempt to enlarge the image to 50x60cm. Several attempts (about 5-7) were made to get a perfect exposure. So I needed about 1 week for each motif until it was perfect.
This is a gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. Each art print is listed by sheet size and features a minimum one-inch border.
