I took this reference photo at the Hall Bend Trail in Tennessee. I tried to capture the reflection of clouds and blue. Adding some water under the distant trees gave a lovely misty reflective effect as well.
I love nature and use it as my inspiration for my landscapes and studies. I'm based in Tennessee, but am inspired by many types of landscapes. I normally work in oil and water color, but I also love sketching in pencil and ink.
