This piece allowed me to experiment with washes to create layers of moody hues. It reminded me of a glacial shore in the Arctic. Watercolor 11X14.
I love nature and use it as my inspiration for my landscapes and studies. I'm based in Tennessee, but am inspired by many types of landscapes. I normally work in oil and water color, but I also love sketching in pencil and ink.
