Khedun, demigod of beauty, perfection and ambition, but also of shame and self-hatred. The most beautiful of the Princes, he surrounds himself with beauty and despises the ugly, endlessly pursuing improvement. Beneath his vanity, lies a deeper shame: he fears his imperfections, and deeper than that, the imperfections of his twisted children. Khedun's bloodline is that of the Blighted, the degenerate dregs of nidean society, only suited to the lowest of tasks or to be drafted into the legions under his ruthless brother, Minos. Khedun, unable to reconcile that his children are grotesque, has abandoned them to survive on their own.
Despite this shame, Khedun will fiercely defend his children from afar, unable to bear looking upon them yet arguing their worth and safekeeping their survival.
