I am delighted to share with you "Light of Day," a part of my "Portrait of Christ" series. This painting beautifully captures Jesus' radiant smile, set against a backdrop bathed in the warm, sunlit hues of dawn. Drawing inspiration from Proverbs 4:18, "The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day," this artwork is a visual representation of the illuminating presence of Christ in our lives.
In creating this piece, I was particularly captivated by the interplay of light and warmth, which for me, symbolizes the guiding and enlightening role of Jesus. The soft, golden rays of dawn in the background reflect the awakening and growth in our spiritual journey, a journey that becomes more luminous as we follow the path of righteousness under His guidance.
"Light of Day" is a daily reminder of the hope and guidance Jesus brings. It's a call to bask in the light of His love and to find solace in the promise of a brighter, more hopeful path under His watchful care.
