I am delighted to share with you "He Heard My Cry," a heartfelt piece from my "Come Follow Me" series. This painting is inspired by the soul-stirring verses of Psalm 34:17-18, which say, "The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
In this painting, Jesus is depicted embracing a man amidst a golden wheat field, symbolizing the Lord's infinite compassion and readiness to comfort us in times of distress. The warmth and tenderness of Jesus' embrace reflect His attentive care and profound understanding of our struggles and pain.
